As one of the world’s leading logistics providers, YunExpress delivers seamless solutions to the global cross-border e-commerce sector. In 2020, YunExpress established its European headquarters in the Netherlands, working in close partnership with local operations in over 30 European countries and running subsidiaries in 21 of them.
YunExpress Germany is the first YunExpress subsidiary in Europe, founded in 2015 under the entity name Worldtech Logistics GmbH. With a 5,000-square-metre warehouse located near Frankfurt International Airport, we handle more than 20,000 B2C e-commerce parcels every day.
We provide our clients with a wide range of products and services, including cross-border shipping; parcel sorting, transferring and delivery; returns with quality inspection, labelling and reassignment; and other warehousing and fulfilment-related solutions. End-to-end Shipping Solutions
We offer world-leading end-to-end logistics solutions, particularly for international and intercontinental B2C e-commerce parcel shipping. Our one-stop solution includes collecting parcels from warehouses, shipping and processing them and carrying out other services tailored to customers' specific needs, from proof of delivery (POD) and relabelling to customs clearance handling.

Customs Clearance and Delivery
We offer reliable customs clearance solutions – in compliance with EU customs rules including Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – via various EU locations. We can customise our service depending on the size, value, nature and geographical markets of your business. With our experienced experts and substantial customs clearance resources, we support the entire procedure (including paperwork), enabling your parcels to move quickly. Parcels are then injected directly into a hub controlled either by YunExpress or by a trusted last-mile partner, ensuring that, no matter where their destination is in the EU, parcels are delivered to the recipient’s door within 2–5 days.

Returns Management
From undeliverable parcel returns and consumer returns to domestic or international returns, we offer an extensive portfolio of e-commerce returns services to meet your requirements. In our German warehouse, we handle around 10,000 return parcels daily. Our seamless, tailor-made returns solution covers parcel collection, quality control, repackaging, relabelling and more. The returned parcel will be smoothly integrated into your order system or sent back to you for reshipment.

FBA Shipment Service
We offer a customised service to Amazon sellers, providing first-leg transportation for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) using our vast line-haul network and comprehensive logistics resources in Europe. After picking up your goods and taking them to our hubs, we transport them to the right Amazon order processing centres at the agreed time, while meeting all of Amazon’s shipping standards.

Do you offer cross-border logistics solutions from Germany to other EU countries and non-EU countries?
Yes, YunExpress Germany provides end-to-end e-commerce logistics solutions (including export and import customs declaration services) to enable fast and efficient deliveries from Germany to other European countries and worldwide destinations such as the USA.
Do you offer FBA-related solutions?
Yes, we provide first-leg delivery to all FBA warehouses using our vast line-haul network and logistics resources. You can opt to deliver the goods to our hub directly from an airport or a warehouse, or we can pick up and handle the goods, then freight them to the right FBA hub.
How do you handle return shipments?
We can manage undeliverable returns as well as consumer returns. Via our return management platform or a client’s API-integrated system, we keep you fully up to date with the latest status of return parcels. You can also benefit from our value-added services such as quality check, relabelling, repacking, resending and disposal.
