• End-to-end Pan-European Parcel Solutions

  We specialise in e-commerce parcel shipping services from Spain to and across the rest of Europe, especially for lightweight and small-sized parcels. Within Europe, we operate logistics hubs in 21 countries and run over 100 linehauls to cover more than 30 markets. This allows us to collect and sort parcels locally and inject them into our robust trunk network for cost-effective and time-efficient delivery. We can meet clients' scaling needs with services including proof of delivery (POD), relabelling, reassignment and customs clearance.

  

• Customs Clearance and Delivery

  We offer reliable customs clearance solutions – in compliance with EU customs rules, including Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – via various EU locations. We can customise our service depending on the size, value, nature and geographical markets of your business. With our experienced experts and substantial customs clearance resources, we support the entire procedure (including paperwork), enabling your parcels to move quickly. Parcels are then injected directly into a hub controlled either by YunExpress or by a trusted last-mile partner. This ensures that, no matter where in the EU their destination is, parcels are delivered to the recipient’s door within 2–6 days.

  We provide e-commerce solutions for both undeliverable and customer returns to help e-retailers ensure smooth and seamless returns. Our customer returns services include collection, quality inspection, repackaging, relabelling, storage and reassignment.
