Senior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for penetrating new customers/markets in Europe. Actively developing new customers, maintaining customer relationships, and exploring potential sales opportunities;
  • Recognizing bottlenecks in the market and being able to act accordingly;
  • Assists in the development of the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability;
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve sales goals, and deliver sales reports timely;
  • Collect market information, stay up to date and continuously improve market intelligence and competitors’ information;
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels for further business (including online social media etc.).


Job Requirements:

  • 5+years of work experience in large logistics companies;
  • Experience in working with multiple customers simultaneously. Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to meet all the needs of different customers;
  • Ability to manage overseas branding and coordinate with customers;
  • Advanced business acumen and communication skills;
