Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Netherlands Release Date: 07. Jul. 2022

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the resource and task allocation of the product department, give priority to products that maximize business opportunities and conform to the company’s strategy;
  • Define product development requirements and product design priorities;
  • Standardize European product launches to measure product and business metrics to drive product development and management;
  • Design the organizational structure of the product department, division of duties, promotion channels, and complete the recruitment and staffing of team members;
  • Develop and manage member performance indicators within the department;
  • Establish the department’s workflow and cross-departmental collaboration process.


Job Requirements:

  • Have large-scale logistics/cross-border e-commerce-related enterprise work experience;
  • Experience in product development, design, management and maintenance in the logistics industry;
  • Have the ability to coordinate product development and maintenance;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, cross-departmental cooperation skills;
  • Fluency in Chinese and English, plus points for other European languages;
  • More than 5 years experience.
