Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist General Manager of Switzerland regarding daily operation management, incl. business negotiation, logistics & warehousing operation, supplier’s management, etc.;
  • Responsible for business development in Switzerland and maximize local business opportunities;
  • Build robust working relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure first-class operational performance which results in long-term partnerships;
  • Assist and develop Group Strategy Plan to achieve or exceed customer retention/satisfaction, business expansion and KPI management.


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry, preferably with experience of customs clearance and cross-border logistics;
  • Experience in sales and business development role;
  • Conform with an international and multicultural environment, with excellent communication& business negotiation skill;
  • Fluent in English. German, French, or Chinese is preferred.
