IT Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and platforms in completing technical docking, timely collection of information required to carry out the project, to organize into clear requirements for submission;
  • Conduct user product research, demand collection and feasibility analysis, and internal demand conversion and tracking solutions to achieve a closed loop;
  • Responsible for rapid response to various system issues in business departments, tracking and providing feedback for the process, prioritizing tasks according to impact, severity and resources;
  • Create, maintain and update incident settlement process, categorize and summarize system issues, continuously accrue problem-solving experience into the internal knowledge base and improve collaboration efficiency and team consensus;
  • Responsible for the implementation of domestic projects in overseas areas, making good coordination of the implementation plan, and maintaining daily data reports.
  • Continuously optimize the overseas customer support service system, improve the information interface between the customer and the technical teams, and drive case resolution;
  • Prioritize and solve incidents based on impact, severity, and resources. Respond quickly to various urgent needs, track situations and feedback; collect, organize and validate daily service records, maintain data reports; provide daily maintenance, technical support and operational guidance for system software; contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows and frameworks; create, maintain and update incident resolution process; classify and summarize system issues, update and improve the product knowledge base.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
  • 4-6 years of experience in related positions and IT projects, and strong learning ability;
  • Familiar with Linux, TCP/IP network protocol and database is preferred;
  • Good written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, with logical and analytical thinking;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
