Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for salary calculation and review of outsourced and regular employees;
  • Handle employee relations and trade union-related matters;  
  • Internal and external communication regarding employee working hours, payment and inquiries;
  • Performance management: Responsible for implementing and promoting the company’s KPI policy, proposing incentive plans and implementation measures;
  • Implement various HR policies from Global Headquarters, and provide effective feedback and improvement based on the implementation results;
  • Carry out employee training, collect requirements and optimize training programs;
  • Assist the management team to carry out team building plans and activities, creating good employee relationships, preventing and dealing with labour risk;
  • Understand the business and team development status of each department. Evaluate and clarify the needs of organizational development and talent development, and make corresponding workforce plans;
  • On& off-boarding management, continuously optimize processes and employee experience;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources;
  • More than 3 years HR related experience;
  • Excellent communication skills and time management ability;
  • Fluent in English and French (or Dutch), other languages will be a plus;
  • Could work under high-pressure and fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive, attentive, responsible, and good at thinking and summarizing.
