Customer Supervisor

Location: Netherlands Release Date: 05. Sep. 2022

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact and get insight into customer needs, perform tasks such as testing, account opening and data processing, etc.;
  • Collaborate with the company’s internal departments, follow up on the realization and related development of customer’s needs, contribute to the build-up of internal processes and keep optimizing;
  • Customer return and abandonment service management;
  • Be responsible for the planning of customer experience-related SOP and system;
  • Other related tasks are arranged by the company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 4-5 years of working experience in the logistics/transportation industry is preferred;
  • Good problem solving, analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good written and spoken English as well as Mandarin;
  • Good negotiation, telephone, PPT, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
