Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Netherlands Release Date: 18. Jul. 2022

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to obtain customer service needs, conduct testing, account opening and data processing, etc.
  • Contact other departments, and follow up on the launch of customer needs and other related developments;
  • Contact customer for claims needs and be responsible for claims services;
  • Handling of customer return and discard parcels; Planning of customer experience systems;
  • Other related tasks assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, 1-2 years of working experience in the logistics/transportation industry is preferred;
  • Good problem solving, analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Good negotiation, telephone skills, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to work as an effective team member.
