Business Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection and analysis of relevant market information in the logistics industry, product and competitive enterprise information;
• Participate in the company’s development strategy, management system and work plan;
• Participate in the negotiation and relationship maintenance of local and global suppliers, channel service providers and government departments;
• Participate in market development and customer development;
• Participate in the management of company administration, procurement affairs, important company documents, contract management, and meeting minutes;
• Master the completion progress of the company’s annual key tasks, and supervise the achievement of the annual and monthly work plans and goals of each department;
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports of various business indicators.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in business administration, international trade, logistics or related majors;
• Fluent in Chinese, German and English, good written and oral expression skills, good at communication;
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution and teamwork ability;
• Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, and have a strong learning ability;
• Those with relevant work experience in logistics, international freight forwarding, international trade, etc. are preferred;
• Proficient in operating office equipment and office software;
• Those with a driver’s license are preferred.
