Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the company’s strategy to keep business competitive;
  • Developing business plans and effective sales plans to meet the sales goals;
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
  • Planning and overseeing innovative marketing initiatives;
  • Identifying organizations and clients and developing new networking opportunities;
  • Investigating and developing new markets and improving sales;
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Finding opportunities to innovate commercially, operationally and in terms of new capabilities to unlock new and expanded revenue opportunities;
  • Understanding client needs and market opportunities;
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business development, logistics, business administration, marketing or related field;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Previous experience (5-10 years) as Business Development Manager or a similar position in a related industry;
  • Fluent in English, good written and verbal skills, knowledge of Chinese and other languages is a big plus;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask;
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, business and finance understanding(B2B, B2C), critical thinking.
