Administrative Manager

Location: The Netherlands Release Date: 02. Dec. 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of administrative development planning, budgetary programmes, and asset management across the European company;
  • Organizing the formulation of administrative rules and regulations, as well as supervising and checking the implementation of the system;
  • Organize and coordinate all kinds of meetings and activities, such as annual meetings, staff activities, etc., and be responsible for outreach work and handling the company’s required licenses;
  • Collecting and organizing internal company information, as well as drafting and filing related documents;
  • Organize the reception of visitors and related outreach work.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in administration;
  • Proficiency in writing, speaking and reading in English and Chinese, Dutch would be plus;
  • Excellent outreach and PR skills, with the ability to resolve unexpected situations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear thinking and careful consideration of problems;
  • Proficiency in the use of office software and automation equipment.
