Administration Specialist (Front Desk)

Location: The Netherlands Release Date: 15. Nov. 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily reception work at the front desk;
  • Be familiar with the company’s business and basic product knowledge and be able to give an initial introduction and answer basic questions to the customer at the front desk;
  • Keep close contact with property managers and different maintainers to ensure the day-to-day operation of warehouses and offices in good order;
  • Develop, manage and improve a variety of supply and service provider resources (e.g. office supplies, industrial products, contractors, etc.);
  • Completing material procurement tasks in accordance with company requirements as well as supporting work such as office fit-out and maintenance;
  • Asset management, be responsible for the registration, sorting, classification, and storage of the company’s procurement of materials;
  • Providing administrative support as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, software, communication or other science and technology-related majors;
  • More than 1 year of IT technical support experience with strong learning ability. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred;
  • Linux, TCP/IP network protocol, database and other basic IT knowledge.
